We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal Payments.
All prices shown include 10% GST.
Our primary shipping provider is Australia Post Parcel Service for both nation wide and international delivery.
Please note: All freight costs on furniture items will need to be confirmed by gohome, as freight on large items may need additional packaging eg pallet, and needs to be determine on a case by case basis.
For your protection all orders must be shipped to a verifiable street address and signed for. If no one is at the specified address at time of delivery your purchase will be returned to your local Post Office and a notice will be left in your letter box for you to collect at your convenience.
Orders will usually ship within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been processed & cleared. If you need your goods sent urgently please utilise the express shipping option at check-out.
Standard shipping time is within 1-5 working days
Express shipping time is next day (metropolitan areas) and within 2 days for most regional areas.
All international delivery is via airmail.
We offer either:
Pack & Track International for up to 2kg (3-10 working days) OR
Express Post International from 2.1kg to 20kg 3-7 (business days)
Please note: All freight on furniture sales are to be discussed via our contact form to determine the freight cost on a case by case basis.
If you would like to purchase an item (or as a gift) for friends and relatives in Australia then this is not a problem, just enter your address as you’re ‘billing address’ and enter a separate delivery address. Please advise in the special instructions, if you do not want an invoice sent with the goods.
SATISFACTION & RETURNS POLICY
At gohome, your complete shopping satisfaction is our #1 priority! All our items are checked carefully before shipping to make sure they are free from damage or defect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the item within 7 days of receipt. All returned item(s) need to be in their original condition and original packaging, not worn, marked or altered in any way.
We do not refund items returned due to incorrect choice, however returned items can be exchanged for other products.
Delivery and handling charges on exchanged items are not refundable for incorrect choice.
gohome replaces any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Under these circumstances, gohome will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. These details can be obtained by email at email@example.com
