Furniture Dispatch & Delivery Times
Most of our furniture collections are kept in stock, however from time to time, some items may be out of stock and will need to be ordered.
Our Club Lounging Collection is made to
order. Lead times vary from 6-8 weeks.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive email confirmation of your order and an approximate delivery date.
Please note delivery times for these orders are dependent on location, and
item/s ordered. Our freight partners will contact you directly to arrange a delivery
time frame.
Delivery Locations
Our furniture is shipped to the Capital cities within Australia, shipping excludes Tasmania and Northern Territory. Exclusions may also apply to semi-remote and remote areas.
For all areas that are not catered for
in our Online Store, please contact our sales team who will provide a custom
delivery quote.
Shipping rates start from $150.00.
If your order contains a variety of
furniture, your items will be shipped together and the longest lead time
will apply. You will only be charged the one furniture shipping rate for
your order.
Deliver & Site Access
Customers are responsible for providing gohome with the correct delivery address, email and phone number relating to their order. It is your responsibility to check access to the property and any potential delivery obstacles including entry ways and staircases. Our standard freight is inclusive of a single delivery at ground floor level, with easy access and no stair carries. If goods are unable to be delivered due to access, the customer is liable to pay for return shipping back to the warehouse.
Customers must also be present at the agreed time of delivery and allow access
to the driver.
Satisfaction & Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within seven days of receipt. All returned items need to be in their original condition and original packaging, un-marked, or altered in any way.
We do not refund items returned due to incorrect choice, but returned items can
be exchanged for other products. Delivery and handling charges on exchanged items are not refundable for incorrect choice. Any items to be returned to the gohome warehouse will be at the cost of the purchaser as well as a re-stocking fee.
gohome products undergo a strict quality control process, however should a product be delivered that has a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You are required to contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery, notifying us of the manufacturing fault. You may be asked to provide images of the issue.
For any orders received damaged in transit, this needs to be signed for on the delivery docket with our delivery partner. gohome will then provide instructions on how to return goods appropriately. These details can be obtained by emailing sales@gohome.com.au.
All custom / special ordered items are final sale, and are not liable for return, refund or exchange.
gohome products sold as ex-display from the showroom floor, or purchased at a gohome warehouse sale are sold on a “Final Sale” basis. Returns, refund, exchanges, or warranty for “As- is”, “Display Stock” or “Warehouse Sale” product will not be accepted under any circumstance.
